In case of product unavailability, we reserve the right not to fulfill the order or deliver the goods. In such cases, we will immediately notify you and return any payment received.

Please note that delays may occur due to increased order volumes or unforeseen issues. We appreciate your understanding in the case of possible delays, as we strive to provide the best shopping experience.

The stock is updated dynamically, but we do not guarantee that all items will always be available as advertised. Users can check product availability by contacting us or checking the website. Contract and Order with Payment Obligation

Please note that these are used car parts, and we do not accept returns for products that have been modified or swapped.

MLAKAR CARS d.o.o. does not cover the costs of assembly and disassembly of the car part from the vehicle in relation to returns. More details are available on our return policy page.

Therefore, MLAKAR CARS d.o.o. actively seeks amicable resolutions while being mindful of their responsibility to consumers.

Price

All prices on the website www.rabljeni-avtodeli.com are listed in euros and include all applicable taxes. MLAKAR CARS d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, once the customer confirms the order on the website, the price confirmed at that moment is considered valid.

The supplier reserves the right to change prices for products or services, but these changes will not apply retroactively to confirmed orders. This means that the price confirmed at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order, regardless of potential future price changes. However, this right to change prices does not apply in the case of obvious errors in price entry. In such cases, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer of the error.

Payments

Credit Card Payment: When paying by credit or debit card, please ensure that your bank allows online payments. An additional service fee for cash on delivery may apply, which will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

Important:

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount in cash if the courier does not offer change.
  • Once the package is shipped, orders cannot be canceled when paying cash on delivery.

Issuance of Invoice: Upon delivery of the ordered products, the customer will receive an invoice in physical form and via email. For each purchase, an electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the email address provided by the customer. The invoice will be issued in the name of the purchaser or the delivery recipient.
